THE PLAN

Welcome to Monkey Mind Self-defence! Our self-defence introduction course is the place to start and will give you the essential information you need to be able to defend yourself and your loved ones and be able to escape a violent situation. This course includes our mindset blueprint that teaches you everything you need to become aware of your surroundings, avoid a violent situation and the mindset it takes to overcome fear.

The next step in the plan is the unarmed and grounded blueprints.

 

The unarmed blueprint will give you a more indepth look at how to deal with an attacker when you are standing up and your attacker is unarmed. 

​

The grounded blueprint teaches you what to do when you are on the ground and your attacker is standing up.

In the next step of the plan we look at weapons. What to do if you are unarmed and the opponent is armed and what we can do if we are also armed. We look at how we can access a weapon or shield and what weapons are of benefit to us.

The last step in the plan is learning how to deal with multiple attackers, multiple defenders, and what to do if you are on the ground with an attacker who is bigger and stronger than you.
